Hours: Part Time 16 hours per week Working Pattern: Flexible, on-site hours Location: On-site, Birmingham Contract: Fixed Term 6 months Salary: £12.71 Benefits Company pension scheme Cycle to work scheme Free limited on-site parking Free tea, coffee, and fruit Regular work socials Opportunities to support company charity initiatives during paid working hours 25 days holiday plus bank holidays (additional service day for every 5 years worked) The Opportunity We are recruiting for a Customer Experience Administrator to join an award-winning luxury interiors business based in Birmingham. In this role, you will be a key member of the customer experience team, managing enquiries, processing sales orders, handling returns, VAT documentation, and coordinating export and international shipping queries. You will help ensure smooth, timely delivery while maintaining the highest standards of accuracy and customer service. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is proactive, organised, and customer-focused, with strong administrative skills and confidence using ERP systems (SAP desirable). Youll work in a fast-paced environment, representing a respected luxury brand to customers around the world. Key Responsibilities Answer the general enquiries phone line and provide outstanding customer service Process sales orders and send confirmations Manage returns, credits, VAT invoices, and related documentation with accuracy Handle export and international shipping queries to ensure smooth delivery Chase outstanding proforma payments Process daily payments to the correct sales orders Maintain high standards in line with SLA targets Role Requirements Fluent English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills Customer service experience in a fast-paced environment Organised with effective time-management and strong administrative skills Confident using ERP systems (SAP desirable) Customer-centric mindset and team player Proactive, resourceful, and a creative problem solver Administration role within office/manufacturing sector Customer-facing or interactive role
