What you’ll be doing:
The Enterprise Transformation Analyst (ETA) provides high‑quality analytical, reporting and coordination support across the Enterprise Transformation Office. The role enables the smooth running of transformation governance by preparing papers, minutes and reports, maintaining accurate portfolio data, and ensuring consistent, timely information flows into key governance forums.
* Build positive working relationships across business teams, acting as the central point of contact for transformation governance and reporting requirements.
* Support meeting logistics, action tracking and follow‑up activities to maintain momentum across transformation initiatives.
* Provide operational and logistical support for workshops, retrospectives and improvement sessions.
* Contribute to improvements in reporting processes, templates and tools to improve efficiency, insight and quality.
* Support updates to governance guidance, tools and materials used across the transformation community.
What we’re looking for:
* Experience in a PMO, governance, transformation or reporting role supporting a portfolio or programme environment.
* Strong analytical skills with the ability to gather, validate and interpret data from multiple sources.
* Proven experience preparing reports, dashboards, minutes, action logs and governance documentation to a high standard.
* Ability to manage and maintain templates, trackers, RAID logs and reporting repositories.
* Very strong proficiency in Excel (advanced formulas, pivot tables, data manipulation) and ability to use or rapidly learn Power BI to support dashboard and KPI production.
