As a Sales Development Representative, you’ll play a key role in our growth. You’ll open doors, start meaningful business conversations, and create high‑quality opportunities for our Sales team. This is a role built around insight, curiosity, and commercial thinking, not scripts.

What you’ll be responsible for:
* Engaging key decision makers through thoughtful, business‑led conversations
* Understanding customer challenges, priorities, and commercial drivers
* Building strong B2B relationships that lead to high quality meetings
* Identifying and qualifying opportunities to consistently achieve KPIs
* Developing strong market knowledge and commercial awareness
* Using multichannel communication, including social selling, to maximise impact
* Contributing to consistently strong customer Net Promoter Scores by delivering a reliable, professional service experience in every customer interaction
