The successful candidate will lead Business Studies across KS4 and KS5, driving strong outcomes while developing a curriculum that is engaging, relevant and aspirational. The Role:
Leading and developing the Business Studies department
Teaching Business Studies across KS4 and KS5
Driving progress, attainment and curriculum development
Supporting and developing teaching and learning within the department

Be a qualified teacher with QTS (or equivalent)
Have experience teaching Business Studies at KS4 and KS5
Have the ability to lead, motivate and inspire both students and colleagues
Possess strong classroom management and communication skills
