Service Colleague
Our operation runs 24 hours per day, 7 days per week, which involves a variety of shift patterns. If you're looking for flexible working to fit around your lifestyle, this role offers that possibility. We work with you on your shifts, but late and weekend work are required, and flexibility is appreciated.
As a service colleague, you will work across various departments to ensure the smooth running of our stores. Your duties may include serving customers at checkouts, preparing pizzas, picking orders for home deliveries, or replenishing stock. Our focus is on providing excellent customer service, welcoming stores, and 'extra special' products. We work as a team to maximize sales and enhance the online shopping experience.
About You
You should be friendly, proactive, and eager to learn new skills across different departments. A genuine interest in delivering a great shopping experience and helping customers find what they need is essential.
