We are seeking an individual who will be instrumental in planning and co-ordinating health & safety throughout Housing Property Services. The main emphasis will be on health & safety but will extend into gathering, collating and interpreting data/information in order to facilitate and drive through changes to working practices and policy improvements, by making calculated and informed decisions based on factual evidence, enabling us to fulfil our identified purposes of: To help me find somewhere to live in my locality. Working closely with our Compliance Officers; the post holder will lead the operational development and implementation of improvements in health & safety across the Housing Property Services section and ensure high standards of safety and welfare are achieved. The post holder will be responsible for building a positive and proactive attitude and culture throughout the business.
