Project Manager - Contaminated Land Remediation
Based upon current and anticipated workload, my client is recruiting permanently for a Project Manager who will be responsible for managing contaminated land remediation contracts throughout the UK. The initial project will be based at Fawley Refinery in Hampshire.
As a Remediation Project Manager, you will join the company’s management team, reporting directly to the Operations Director, and coordinating activities with the site team and client. You will manage the technical, operational, and commercial aspects of remediation projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget, while adhering to health and safety standards. You will have a clear understanding of the contract value, project duration, and client expectations.
Requirements
* Degree or HNC in a construction-related discipline (geology, civil engineering, or similar).
* Minimum of 7 years’ contracting experience within the remediation / contaminated land sector, gained in the UK.
* Hold an SMSTS, CSCS, and WAMITAB qualification.
* Commercially aware with experience providing cost-effective solutions in a competitive market.
* Demonstrated stability of employment, with each previous role held for at least 2 years.

The salary range for this position is between £50,000 – £60,000 per annum, depending on experience and suitability. The package includes:
