I'm looking for a well-presented, friendly individual to join my clients team at the front desk. You'll be the first point of contact for applicants, guests, and contractors-delivering excellent customer service and maintaining high standards in line with mystery shopper criteria. A great telephone manner, strong communication skills, and professional email writing are essential.
Key Responsibilities:
* Welcome and assist applicants, guests, and walk-ins at the reception area.
* Conduct viewings with prospective residents.
* Manage correspondence, including inboxes, phone calls, and tenant inquiries.
* Maintain the diary and coordinate with internal teams and external visitors.
* Order and monitor office and welfare supplies.
* Assist with organising building events and community initiatives.
* Manage and update booking platforms, logging all viewings, deals, and leads.
* Make pre-viewing calls to potential applicants.
* Schedule appointments for viewings and maintenance, and coordinate contractor visits.
* Handle data entry and maintain accurate records for leasing and facilities teams.
* Ensure systems like Help the Move are kept up to date.
* Prepare welcome packs and conduct move-in inductions for new residents.
* Issue and manage key fobs, mobile app access, parcel and visitor systems.
* Carry out regular building walks and inspections.
