Job Title: Operations Supervisor
Reporting to the Operations Manager, you'll be responsible for overseeing field managers, administering fleet compliance, and managing regional operations.
1. Oversee payroll submissions and rota management concerning absenteeism.
2. Collaborate with senior managers on HR-related issues, including investigations, performance management, and absenteeism.
3. Manage budgets and monitor expenditures.
4. Ensure engineers' courses and certifications are compliant.
5. Oversee equipment supplies and ensure health and safety regulations are followed.
6. Review workloads and manpower to meet targets.
7. Support team functions and evaluate employee performance.
8. Conduct monthly Toolbox Talks and one-to-one meetings.
9. Manage pay rises and PDRs, identify skill gaps, and facilitate training.
10. Maintain compliance with health and safety standards.
11. Build strong relationships with clients.
12. Ensure equipment for new starters is in place and monitor its use.
13. Approve paperwork and oversee progression opportunities.
14. Manage pension schemes and oversee benefits such as company car and parking.

Qualifications and Experience:
1. Minimum of 5 years supervisory or management experience.
2. Strong interpersonal skills.
3. Proficiency with Microsoft 365.
4. Experience in operational roles.
5. Background in compliance, processes, and health and safety regulations.
