Job Description
This role is based at the Valleys Innovation Centre, Abercynon, CF45 4SN, working in a hybrid model including in schools. It is a temporary, 12-month contract with an ASAP start date.
The Catering Services team supports the delivery of school and community meals within the 21st Century Schools & Transformation Division. The team focuses on developing catering staff skills, especially digital skills, through e-learning and digital platforms to improve compliance and service delivery.
Key Responsibilities
* Create and update guidance documentation for digital tools.
* Plan and facilitate digital skills training sessions.
* Support staff engagement and adoption of digital processes.
* Develop promotional materials for Catering Services.
* Assist users with digital tools as needed.
* Deliver presentations and identify training opportunities.
* Manage communication platforms and digital champions.
* Analyze feedback and engage in continuous professional development.
Candidate Requirements: Experience in planning and delivering digital or ICT training, and creating training materials for diverse learners.
