JOB- Technical Sales Engineer
TERM- Permanent
SALARY- £35,000 to £40,000 per annum (plus commission and benefits)
Premier Engineering is currently working with a well-established engineering and manufacturing company based in Welwyn Garden City, who are looking to grow their commercial team with the addition of a Technical Sales Engineer.
The Technical Sales Engineer will ideally have the following attributes:
* A background in engineering or technical sales
* Excellent communication and presentation skills
* Strong commercial awareness and the ability to identify opportunities
* Knowledge of engineering drawings and manufacturing processes
* Previous experience in a B2B technical sales environment
* Proficient with Microsoft Office; CRM system experience beneficial
* Self-motivated, results-driven, and customer-focused
The Technical Sales Engineer role will involve:
* Developing and maintaining relationships with new and existing customers
* Providing technical advice and solutions to customer requirements
* Preparing and following up on quotes and proposals
* Attending client visits and technical meetings when required
* Working closely with internal teams including engineering and production
* Contributing to the overall sales strategy and performance
