We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join us. Working on roles with the infrastructure, transmission, M&E sectors, you’ll identify candidates to meet project requirements while advising stakeholders on resourcing needs.
Your key responsibilities will be:
* Manage the full recruitment lifecycle across positions within infrastructure, M&E, water and transmission engineering sectors.
* Partner with hiring managers and business leaders to understand workforce planning requirements, project demands and hiring priorities.
* Develop targeted recruitment strategies for hard-to-fill engineering and project delivery roles.
* Source and attract high-quality candidates through direct search, LinkedIn, job boards, networking, referrals and industry engagement.
* Conduct candidate screening interviews to assess technical capability, sector experience and motivation.
* Coordinate interviews, feedback, offer approvals and onboarding activities to ensure a smooth candidate experience.
* Support employer branding initiatives to improve the organisation’s reputation within the engineering and infrastructure sectors.
* Ensure recruitment activities comply with internal governance, equality and inclusion standards and relevant employment legislation.
* Work collaboratively with HR, project directors and operational teams to support strategic growth plans.
On top of that, you’ll have:
* Previous experience working in an internal recruitment or talent acquisition role, preferably within an engineering consultancy, infrastructure or technical environment.
* Experience managing end-to-end recruitment processes for technical and professional services roles.
* Good understanding of engineering disciplines and the ability to recruit for specialist technical positions.
* Demostrated experience sourcing passive candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter and direct search methodologies.
* Effective stakeholder management and communication skills with the ability to work with hiring managers at all levels.
* Experience managing multiple vacancies and priorities within a busy environment.
* Knowledge of recruitment systems and applicant tracking systems.
* Have well developed English communication skills, both verbal and written
* Have good time management skills be able to prioritise tasks whilst managing your own workload
