About the Role
Our client is searching for a passionate Bakery Shift Supervisor (AM) to join their thriving team in London. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced professional to oversee and optimise the AM production workflow, ensuring that everything runs seamlessly from early morning mixing to the final product handover. Working hours for this role are from 6 am to 3 pm, with a competitive hourly rate of £16 to £17 per hour
Key Responsibilities
* Production Supervision & Workflow: Oversee daily bakery production to ensure smooth processes from mixing, shaping, and baking to handovers for the PM Supervisor.
* Output Monitoring: Track production output against targets and delivery schedules, promptly addressing any arising issues to meet deadlines effectively.
