* Build relationships with the local community and lead the team to ensure efficiencies and enhance processes to deliver excellent patient care.
* Provide professional clinical services and oversee both private and NHS service delivery.
* Continual review of branch performance to prioritise customer service and patient safety while supporting company strategy.
* Drive the business forward with fresh ideas to promote positive change.
* Ensure duties are performed in compliance with regulatory and legal requirements and company policies and procedures.
