Our client is a mission-driven organisation, supporting vulnerable service users across clinical, education, and care settings. The organisation is undergoing significant transformation and requires a confident, delivery-focused leader to strengthen recruitment frameworks.

Job Description

3. Lead strategic recruitment projects (EVP, branding, digitisation, direct sourcing)
4. Design and implement early career pipelines for long-term workforce growth
5. Partner with senior stakeholders and leadership teams to drive recruitment change
6. Oversight and support of People & Culture team members
7. Provide guidance and advice on policy, compliance, and governance
8. Manage and influence recruitment processes and KPIs to drive efficiency
9. Deliver transformation initiatives with measurable impact
10. Support recruitment of critical senior roles (SLT, board, key heads of dept)
11. Ensure projects align with the organisation's mission, values, and regulatory obligations
12. Act as a trusted advisor and pragmatic, hands-on leader across recruitment and compliance initiatives
13. Oversee audits, risk management, and regulatory readiness
14. Identify opportunities to improve efficiency through automation and AI

The Successful Applicant

A successful Recruitment Manager should have:

15. Experience leading strategic recruitment projects and/or transformations
16. Proven team management skills
17. Strong stakeholder management at senior/executive level
18. Track record of process improvement, EVP and digitisation projects
19. Ability to implement early career or talent pipeline programs
20. Data-driven, with experience using KPIs to drive performance
21. Energetic, pragmatic, and delivery-focused
22. Motivated by impactful work and organisational change
23. Practical knowledge of recruitment compliance, audits, and safer recruitment - desireable
