Responsibilities
* Deliver high quality early years education in line with the EYFS statutory framework.
* Plan, implement and evaluate child‑centred learning activities.
* Observe children and maintain individual learning journals as a key worker.
* Ensure a safe, hygienic and stimulating environment that meets safeguarding standards.
* Work collaboratively with colleagues to support children’s development and well‑being.
Qualifications
* Level 2 or Level 3 qualification in Early Years Childcare.
* Experience working in an early years setting.
* Experience as a key worker or equivalent, maintaining observations and learning journals.
* Proven knowledge of the EYFS Statutory Framework, children’s development and safeguarding policies.
* Current DBS and an update service observation (or we will sponsor).
