Marketing & Sales Support Officer
Location: Remote (with occasional travel to sites and events)
Job Type: Full-time, 37.5 per week
Salary: £26,302 - £28,500 per annum

This is a great time to join us as a Sales & Marketing Support Officer, supporting the delivery of campaigns, events and sales activity across our new developments.
In this role, you’ll provide key administrative and coordination support to the Sales and Marketing team, helping ensure campaigns run smoothly and data, materials and processes are well managed. You’ll play an important part in supporting customer engagement, maintaining high-quality marketing outputs and helping the team deliver against its objectives.
What you’ll be doing
* Provide day-to-day administrative support across sales and marketing activity, including campaigns, events and reporting
* Maintain and update marketing materials, property listings, databases and customer records
* Support the coordination of suppliers, collateral and marketing assets
* Assist with reporting, data analysis and performance tracking across campaigns and sales activity
* Help manage enquiries, meetings, documentation and general team coordination
What you’ll bring
* Experience in an administrative or marketing support role
* Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities
* Excellent attention to detail and accuracy when working with data and documentation
* Good written and verbal communication skills
* A proactive and collaborative approach to supporting a busy team
Desirable
* Experience working in a marketing or sales environment
* Knowledge of CRM systems and Microsoft Office tools
* Understanding of marketing campaigns or customer communications
* Experience in property, housing or a similar sector
