Elle R Leisure is proud to have opened Longridge House, a stunning new hotel and wedding venue set in the heart of the Lancashire countryside. We are looking for an experienced and passionate Guest Relations Manager to play a key role in helping us deliver exceptional guest experiences every day.
With 23 bedrooms, two exclusive cottages, three event spaces, a bar and a restaurant, Longridge House is already establishing itself as a premier destination for high-end weddings, bespoke events, and exceptional dining and hotel experiences that match the elegance and charm of the venue.

The Role
This is a hands-on, guest-facing position where you’ll be at the heart of the action, welcoming guests and making sure every detail of their stay or visit runs smoothly. Rather than being based behind a desk, you’ll be visible throughout the venue, hosting, assisting, and ensuring guests feel truly looked after from the moment they arrive.
You will oversee the welcome team and housekeeping, while working closely with Sales, Events, and F&B to deliver a seamless, first-class guest journey. It’s a varied role that requires organisation, confidence, and a genuine passion for hospitality.
Key Responsibilities
* Guest Experience – Lead on all hotel and dining reservations, guest communications, check-ins and check-outs, and ensure every visitor receives a warm and memorable welcome.
* Hosting & Welcoming – Act as the front-facing host for hotel, dining, and event guests, ensuring each interaction reflects the elegance of Longridge House.
* Housekeeping Oversight – Ensure rooms and cottages are guest-ready and of the highest standard.
* Team Collaboration – Work with Sales, Events, and F&B to guarantee a smooth, integrated guest journey across the venue.
* Training & Support – Develop and support team members with cross-departmental training to deliver consistent excellence.
About You
* Proven experience in guest relations or management within a luxury hotel, restaurant, or events venue.
* A natural host with exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
* Strong leadership with the ability to inspire and motivate your team.
* Organised, proactive, and confident in handling a wide range of enquiries.
* Experience with a Property Management System (PMS) is an advantage.
* Thrives in a fast-paced, hands-on environment.
* Passionate about hospitality and creating memorable guest experiences.
