The Global Marketing function supports the strategic and revenue growth priorities of the Bank. It focuses on understanding customers and developing marketing strategies, campaigns, and activities that support and strengthen the HSBC brand, drive revenue, and increase customer value and satisfaction to meet targets at both global and market levels.
We have a vacancy in the Asset Management Marketing & Client Experience team (CX) for a Product Marketing Manager – this is a GCB5 level role.
This role involves planning, developing, and delivering product marketing strategies for our Wholesale and Institutional distribution channels through online campaigns and industry events to support sales efforts. While primarily supporting Wholesale Marketing, the role requires collaboration across propositions and products within HSBC Asset Management, with a focus on translating complex product details into compelling marketing content.
Key responsibilities include:
1. Translating business goals into impactful marketing strategies for the Wholesale product area.
2. Ensuring the efficient delivery of activities, tracking and measuring effectiveness and ROI.
3. Collaborating with global and domestic teams to support content and campaign implementation.
4. Working with Marketing communications to promote the HSBC brand consistently using campaign assets.
5. Managing project requirements, budgets, and commercial objectives.
To succeed, you should have:
1. Experience in marketing within the Financial Services Asset Management sector.
2. Strong stakeholder skills to build credible, collaborative relationships.
3. Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple priorities.
4. Commercial awareness and budget management skills.
5. Strong communication and writing skills to create compelling content for diverse audiences.
This role is based at HSBC Offices in Canada Square, London, with a hybrid working pattern. You must be able to work onsite weekly.
