Purpose of the Role:
The Recruitment Administrator supports Recruitment Coordinators with administrative tasks throughout the recruitment process, including posting and screening candidates via our ATS (Blue Octopus), arranging interviews, and submitting referencing packs. The role involves supporting candidate attraction and conversion for hourly roles at our London Heathrow and London City sites, reporting to the Shared Services and Recruitment Manager. It may involve travel to other sites or events.
This position is within a fast-paced HR Recruitment Team, vital for maintaining smooth recruitment operations.
Stakeholders:
Internal: Operations and Functional Managers, Recruitment Coordinators, HR Team, Compliance/Referencing Team
External: Service providers, Recruitment agencies, Candidates, Job Centres, Job Boards, external stakeholders
Key Responsibilities:
* Advertising and maintaining vacancies on various job boards via ATS
* Collating management information and reporting regularly
* Supporting initial CV screening and providing feedback
* Arranging interviews and preparing schedules
* Conducting initial phone screenings as needed
* Preparing recruitment packs for the Compliance and Referencing Team
* Supporting interview feedback collection
* Gathering and chasing employment documents (Right to Work, HMRC Forms, criminal checks)
* Providing general administrative support to the recruitment team
Additional duties may be assigned based on locality or role complexity.
Qualifications and Experience:
* Experience in a fast-paced administrative or recruitment role
* Experience with job boards
* Experience working with external agencies is desirable
* Resilience and ability to work under pressure
* Experience with ATS systems
* Experience in the aviation sector is a plus but not essential
