What Will You Do?
* Efficiently manage a section of around 4 – 6 tables
* Effectively communicate menu items and allergens to guests
* Guide guests from the beginning to the end of their dining experience, providing positive, outstanding guest experience
* Work collaboratively with team members, maintaining Delaware North’s standards of excellence
More About You
* 2+ years’ experience in a senior or head waiter role, with experience working in a high-end or luxury restaurant or hotel setting; no degree required
* Strong skills in attention to detail, written and verbal communication, and working in a fast-paced environment
* Extensive knowledge of food and alcoholic beverages, including wines and spirits
Physical Requirements
* Ability to stand for duration of shift
* Ability to work shifts for all Arsenal home fixtures
* Comfortable handling various alcohol and meat products
