THE ROLE
As a CRM Analyst your focus will be to build and develop the CRM strategy, specifically you will have to:
* Develop and implement the marketing plan through CRM strategy
* Identify areas for optimisation in the CRM process through segmentation and segmentation models
* Use SQL to query data and work with large data sets to extract insights and new ways to increase the optimisation of current CRM Strategy
* Provide insights into the customer, who they are and how best to engage with them!
YOUR SKILLS
The successful candidate will have the following skills and experience:
1. Strong SQL to query and code large data sets, being analytically minded and a passion for data led decisions
