Job Description
The Property Litigation Solicitor will deal with a range of work including;
3. Handling a diverse caseload of property litigation matters, including landlord and tenant disputes, boundary issues, and lease renewals.
4. Provide strategic legal advice to clients on property-related conflicts and risk mitigation.
5. Working with the Head of Property in Leeds and the wider Property group in London
6. Build and maintain strong client relationships to foster trust and repeat business.
7. Contribute to business development efforts through participation in networking events and legal seminars.
The Successful Applicant
The successful Property Litigation Solicitor should have / be;
8. Strong academic qualifications in law and admission as a solicitor in England and Wales.
9. Experience managing a caseload of property litigation matters and likely to have around 1 to 3 years PQE.
10. Likely to be coming from a large regional, national or international law firm.
11. Ties to Yorkshire
