Job Title: Part Time Credit Controller
Location: St Helens (fully on site/Parking available on site)

Contract Type: 9 month contract (Maternity cover)
Working days: Wednesday to Friday
Working hours 9AM to 5PM
What You'll Do:
As our Credit Controller, you will be responsible for maintaining the financial health of our organisation by managing customer accounts and ensuring timely payments. Your daily tasks will include:
1. Monitoring and managing accounts receivable
2. Conducting credit checks and assessments
3. Sending out timely reminders and follow-ups on overdue accounts
4. Resolving customer queries regarding invoices and payments
5. Collaborating with the sales team to address any discrepancies
6. Preparing reports on outstanding debts and payment statuses
Who You Are:

7. Previous experience in credit control or accounts receivable
8. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
9. A knack for problem-solving and attention to detail
10. Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel
11. The ability to work independently and manage your time effectively
