Job Description:
Wilsons Auctions are the largest independently owned auction house in the UK & Ireland. We currently have a requirement in our Newport branch for two Auction Support Assistants.
The role will involve but not be limited to:
* First point of contact for customers
* Answering telephones
* Managing payments, through cash handling and prommt portal.
* Processing auction entries and Admin Support for sales teams
* Rostrum Clerk duties where required.
To be successful in this role the ideal candidate should have the following skills / attributes:
* Minimum of 2 years administration experience.
* Good level of IT literacy
* Excellent interpersonal skills
* Hard working and motivated
* Ability to work to tight deadlines
Hours of work: Monday to Friday 8:30am - 5.00pm (30 min lunch). Note: When auctions take place, finish times may require flexibility to accommodate the auction.
