2. We are recruiting a senior End ‑ to ‑ End Solution Architect to lead the design ofplex, high ‑ value solutions for large enterprise customers. This role sits at the heart of pre ‑ sales andmercial activity, owning solution definition from first engagement through to contract signature and transition into delivery.
You will act as the solution owner for large, multi ‑ service opportunities, working closely with customers (including C ‑ suite stakeholders), sales,mercial teams, and delivery leaders to create compelling, deliverable, and profitable solutions.
What you'll need to succeed
Essential
3. Extensive experience in a senior pre ‑ sales or solution architecture role within a large professional services or technology organisation.
4. Proven track record of designing and owningplex, multi ‑ service enterprise solutions.
5. Strong experience with effort estimation, staffing pyramids, delivery models, and productivity assumptions.
6. Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence senior internal leaders and customer executives.
7. Confident presenter,fortable leading solution discussions and customer orals.
Desirable
8. Experience in large ‑ scale outsourcing or managed services environments.
9. Exposure to tels, digital, IT, business services, customer operations, HR, finance, or supply chain services.
10. Experience working in global, matrixed organisations.
