Technical Publication Focal – Honeywell Yeovil Site
Customer & Product Support (C&PS) function is to deliver exceptional service and support to HON customers through a standard supporting model and improved customer experience. Global Technical Operations (GTO) provides product support to all aircraft equipped with Honeywell Mechanical and Electrical products.
Technical Publication (TP) group within GTO is established to support all Honeywell customers using standardized efficient processes to manage and distribute high-quality technical publications. Objective is to create documents which meets customer needs with quality work products. This requires experts with a combination of domain expertise and program managers with technical writing, illustrations and animations domain exposure, Yeovil UK location on a Hybrid work schedule.

Key Responsibilities
1. Schedule and Milestone development/mgmt., customer relationships
2. Estimation development and analysis, Cost development, Budget analysis
3. Metric development/reporting, tracking Project Performance
4. Knowledge of Technical Publications Aerospace Standards ATA100, iSpec 2200 and S1000D.
5. Project planning and tracking of deliverable, coordination with all stakeholders (Engineering, Authoring Suppliers, customers
6. Creation of Jobs and allocation to respective teams for authoring, review and publishing
7. Coordination with support functions for issue resolutions. Interacting with Engineering, product support engineering, service engineers and different stakeholders.
Must Have Skills
8. Bachelor’s degree or in Aerospace, Mechanical or equivalent proficiency
9. Knowledge in technical publications process and methods
10. Experience with Adobe FrameMaker & MS Office
11. Knowledge of Program management/Project Engineer
12. Experience with the PLM / Teamcenter tool and SAP
13. Experience in the quality management system and process driven methodologies
