About the Service NHS Fife Occupational Health services are proud to host Working Health Services Scotland (WHSS), a national referral service offering timely, person-centred tailored interventions and supports to help people manage health conditions and remain in or return to work. The service operates within defined timeframes and clinical governance standards, offering practical, person-centred support This is a unique opportunity to contribute and play a key role in assessing complex situations, delivering case management to promote recovery and facilitate positive return to / maintenance of work outcomes. You’ll also contribute to service development and uphold high standards of clinical governance. Key Responsibilities: • Case management and delivery of tailored interventions • Maintaining accurate records and contributing to service reports • Workplace visits • Working autonomously while contributing to a collaborative team environment Essential requirements: • Professional registration with a relevant Health or Social Care body (e.g. NMC, HCPC, SSSC) • Post-registration training / experience in case management (e.g.OH Case Management / NIDMAR or equivalent) • Excellent interpersonal, communication and negotiation skills • IT literacy and excellent time management skills • Ability to work independently and flexibly, responding to service needs. This may include offer of early or evening appointment on a planned basis.
