Due to continuous growth, Linney Display is offering an exciting opportunity for a Cardboard Engineer to join our award-winning team. The ideal candidate might come from a background in cardboard engineering, packaging, structural design, or product design.
We are seeking a problem solver who loves challenges and works well within a diverse team to take highly creative concepts through to final products or displays.

We are looking for candidates with experience in engineering software such as Artios CAD, AutoCAD, Kasemake, Impact, or similar. Our approach balances creativity and practicality to develop displays that are innovative, eye-catching, cost-effective, and compliant with brand and retailer guidelines. Our culture emphasizes teamwork, and you'll collaborate with 3D Designers, Graphic Designers, Engineers, and Project Managers.
As a Cardboard/Structural Designer, your responsibilities will include:
* Generating award-winning cardboard engineering cutter guides.
* Understanding manufacturing processes and focusing on value engineering and efficiencies.
* Conducting weight testing and experimenting with new structures, prototypes, and materials.
* Communicating effectively with designers and sales teams to ensure designs meet client specifications and retail guidelines.
* Managing a range of briefs from simple shelf trays to complex displays and event setups.
* Thriving in a fast-paced studio environment, adapting quickly to changing priorities.
* Pushing boundaries and challenging conventions in design.
