Careers and Aspirations Leader (Sir Graham Balfour School)
Sir Graham Balfour School are seeking to appoint a Careers and Aspirations Leader to enhance and facilitate the Careers, Education, Information, Advice and Guidance provided to all students throughout the school. The successful candidate will be highly motivated and enthusiastic with a desire to develop and support the aspirations of all of our students from Y7 to 13; by providing 1:1 careers guidance and a breadth of experiences that ensure successful outcomes for all.
Responsibilities
* Provide 1:1 careers guidance and develop and support the aspirations of students from Year 7 to Year 13.
* Offer a breadth of experiences that contribute to successful outcomes for all students.
* Collaborate with staff to embed CEIAG (Careers Education Information Advice and Guidance) across the curriculum.
* Promote a positive learning environment and foster inclusive practice.
Employer/School Details
* Full Time, Permanent Contract
* 37.00 hours per week
* SGB Grade 7, Term Time only plus one week during summer holidays
* Scale point 15 - 22 £30,024 - £33,699 (Pro rata salary £26,603 to £29,860)
* Start date negotiable, but must be by 1st January 2026 at latest
