Job Title: Woodwork Operative Location: West Bromwich We are working with a well–established manufacturer in the West Bromwich area who are looking for reliable and hardworking Woodwork Operatives to join their team on a long–term basis. Main Duties: * Rounding the edges of wood products * Cleaning and preparing wood surfaces * Filling and finishing wood products to a high standard * Using hand and power tools Shift Pattern: * 4 on, 4 off rotating shift * 06:00 to 18:00 (12–hour shifts) Pay Rate: * £12.21 per hour What We’re Looking For: * Strong attention to detail * Ability to work independently and as part of a team * Previous experience in manufacturing or production is an advantage, but not essential – full training will be provided If you are looking for a stable role with a supportive team, we would like to hear from you.
