Wincanton are looking to develop a Consultancy database using our existing talent across the business, we are looking for individuals from a range of backgrounds and skillsets to bring their knowledge and experience on board and work on some exciting projects alongside their current role.
Focusing initial on the P&I sector to prove the concept, we intend to expand into other sectors, retain our position with our customers as logistics experts, grow by identifying new profit streams within our customers and become customers consultants of choice for all supply chain requirements.

What does a typical Consultancy opportunity look like?
21. Consultancy leads work with Business Development and Account Management teams to identify opportunities within the sub sectors of P&I.
22. Consultancy leads agree all deliverables up front with the customer ensuring they are clear and achievable.
23. Consultancy team will match the opportunity to the relevant SME's within the Consultancy database based on skillset and background. SME's will be fully briefed of the requirement, deliverables and final submission format.
24. Throughout the project SME's will have the full support of the Consultancy leads who will help to communicate any changes to the client if required.
