Supply Desk is currently seeking a passionate and dedicated Primary School Teacher to join a welcoming and inclusive primary school in Watford, teaching Year 1. The position is available from May half term or September, depending on the candidate s availability.

Job Description:
* Deliver engaging and differentiated lessons to a Year 1 class in line with the national curriculum
* Work collaboratively with the Key Stage 1 team to plan and assess pupil progress
* Foster a positive and inclusive classroom culture that promotes learning and wellbeing
* Support the development of early literacy and numeracy skills
* Communicate effectively with parents, carers, and colleagues
* Maintain high standards of behaviour and classroom management
* Contribute to the wider life of the school through participation in events and extracurricular activities
Our ideal candidate will:
* Be a qualified teacher with QTS (Qualified Teacher Status)
* Have experience teaching in Key Stage 1, preferably Year 1
* Be creative, organised, and passionate about early years education
* Show a commitment to inclusive practice and supporting all learners
* Demonstrate excellent classroom management and interpersonal skills
* Be proactive, adaptable, and a team player
* Hold a clear DBS check or be willing to apply for one
