Reprographics Assistant - Secondary School, Salford

Tradewind Recruitment are currently working in partnership with a welcoming Secondary School in Salford who are seeking to appoint a Reprographics Assistant to join their team as soon as possible.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated and well-organised individual who enjoys working in a fast-paced school environment. The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting staff and pupils by ensuring all reprographics and printing services run smoothly on a daily basis.
Key Responsibilities
* Operating and maintaining photocopiers, printers, and other reprographics equipment
* Preparing, collating, and distributing high-quality teaching resources, exam papers, and documents
* Monitoring stock levels of paper, toner, and other materials, and arranging re-orders where necessary
* Prioritising and managing multiple reprographics requests to meet tight deadlines
* Liaising with teaching and administrative staff to ensure resources are delivered efficiently and accurately
* Assisting with general administrative tasks as required
The Ideal Candidate Will Have
* Previous experience in a reprographics, printing, or administrative support role (school experience desirable but not essential)
* Strong organisational and time-management skills with the ability to work under pressure
* Excellent attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality materials
* A proactive approach and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team
* Good IT skills, particularly in Microsoft Office and printing software
This position is offered on a full-time basis, Monday to Friday, and will start as soon as possible. The pay rate for this role is 90-100 per day.
