Are you based in Croydon and looking for a new role as a Assistant Facilities Manager? We are currently working with a reputable client who are looking for a reliable and dedicated Assistant Facilities Manager to come and work with the company. We are currently looking for a Assistant Facilities Manager in Croydon Location: CR0 2A Rate of Pay: 35K per year Shift: 8am to 6pm (Monday to Friday) Contract: Temp to Perm Job Responsibilities and Essential Requirements: Manage a team of operational delivery employees, around 10 employees and ensure all standards are met Ability to demonstrate customer focus and to have daily meetings with the customer Oversee service delivery, manage performance levels and support improvements, service delivery across all service lines, contract administration and support the contract management team Will have a background relevant experience to effectively deliver the role, previous experience within the Facilities Management industry preferred Oversee helpdesk management, analyse data and collate reports as required to support the Senior Management Team Manage the site effectively to ensure all areas are fully staffed at all times, audits and daily checks are carried out and that the site runs smoothly and to the agreed service level agreements in place Benefits: Laptop and phone provided If this sounds like something you would be interested in, please click apply or get in touch by emailing emma.howells@ randstad.co.uk or calling 0161 240 3268 Randstad CPE values diversity and promotes equality.
