Banqueting Chef de Partie - Permanent Position Chefs Bay Hospitality - Recruiting on behalf of our client
Location: Wirral, CH48 area
Salary: £26,000 per annum (starting salary for the right candidate)
Contract: Full-time, Permanent
Schedule: 5 days on, 2 days off, straight shifts, varied weekly
Role Overview: Our client, a well-established catering operation, is seeking a Banqueting Chef de Partie capable of running a section of the kitchen with clear progression opportunities. The right candidate can progress quickly within their operation.
Key Requirements:
* Experienced in banqueting/event catering environments
* Capable of running a kitchen section independently (Chef de Partie level)
* Versatility essential - operations range from casual dining (sandwiches/light meals) through to high-end banqueting (rosette-level standards)
* Must have a driving license and own transport
* Professional attitude with strong teamwork skills - no egos welcome
* Commitment to understanding varied business requirements
* Flexibility for additional event catering shifts
