With strong earning potential and the backing of a supportive leadership team, this role is ideal for a highly organised team player with previous dealership experience. Key Responsibilities: Oversee the end-to-end sales transaction process for new and used vehicles Ensure all paperwork is completed accurately and in compliance with FCA regulations Coordinate with the finance team to process finance proposals and documentation efficiently Liaise with customers, keeping them informed throughout the delivery process Support the Sales Manager in managing vehicle stock, order tracking, and delivery scheduling Assist the sales team with invoicing, deal checking, and administration Monitor and maintain high levels of data accuracy across internal systems Provide coaching and support to the sales team on process adherence and deal structure Maintain up-to-date knowledge of manufacturer and dealership procedures What We’re Looking For: Previous experience in a similar Sales Transaction Controller or Business Manager role. We may look at Senior Sales Executive from Main Dealers. Background working in a franchised main dealership environment is preferred. Alternatively, experience as a Sales Manager or similar in an independent dealership Excellent organisation and time management skills Strong understanding of finance processes and FCA compliance A team-focused mindset and a proactive approach to problem-solving High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously A full UK driving licence is required About Us: Toyota Bromley is part of Jemca Car Group, one of the UK’s leading Toyota and Lexus retailers.
