Because success is personal.What youll be doingProvide engineering oversight and technical support to a team of craft technicians to deliver plant repairs.Have an Electrical Engineering background.Providing engineering and technical advice to breakdown defects.Provide technical support to the Care and Maintenance team to provide oversight of care and Maintenance activities.Support plant-facing work from a front-line, hands-on standpoint.Ensure that all activities are carried out with full regard to site licence requirements, statutory regulations, company and local directives, procedures, and safety rules.Where plant issues are identified, provide technical expertise and knowledge to troubleshoot activities and ensure robust corrective actions are in place to resolve issues and prevent reoccurrence.Ensure that work completed complies with the Site standards and prescribed service levels, standards, and targets are being met.Maintain your knowledge of applicable industry codes and standards.Proactively use OPEX (Operating Experience) to promote learning within the organisation.Who you areExperience of working in a team to deliver exceptional performance within company processes.Industrial and operational engineering experience with a strong safety bias.Experience as an engineer with a drive to identify and resolving issues with a focus on safety, quality, time and cost.Experience of working within highly regulated requirements.Engineering based qualification at HNC level or equivalent as a minimum.Please let us know if you require flexible working arrangements by highlighting this on your application.
