The Role
As a Graduate TA / SEND Support, you will:
* Work 1:1 and in small groups with students requiring additional support
* Support pupils with SEND, SEMH needs or learning gaps
* Help students regulate behaviour and remain engaged in lessons
* Adapt learning materials to ensure accessibility
* Deliver structured intervention sessions in literacy, numeracy or subject areas
* Build consistent, professional relationships that promote confidence and independence
