Key Responsibilities
 * Lead and coordinate the full bid lifecycle, from initial opportunity identification through to final submission and presentation.
 * Develop compelling, compliant, and commercially competitive proposals that reflect operational capabilities and client requirements.
 * Collaborate with operational, finance, and technical teams to build effective solutions, pricing models, and supporting documentation.
 * Manage timelines, governance, and version control to ensure quality and consistency across all submissions.
Requirements
 * Proven experience managing bids within the facilities management or cleaning services sector.
 * Strong writing, editing, and project management skills, with exceptional attention to detail.
 * Commercial awareness and the ability to interpret and respond to complex tender documentation.
 * Confident communicator, able to work under pressure and coordinate input from multiple stakeholders.
 * Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Adobe and familiarity with digital bid platforms or proposal tools.
