Our construction based client near Gloucester is looking for a Part Time Office Administrator to work Monday to Friday from 9am to 3pm or similar.
You will be involved in HR and Finance Administration as well as covering reception and facilities.
In addition, you will be looking at all the processes within the office and suggesting improvements across the board. For the right individual there will be an opportunity to demonstrate proactivity and this role could become permanent.
We are looking for a hard working, experienced Office Manager or Office Coordinator who has been responsible for implementing and running processes within an office. Some experience of finance and HR process is required.
