Key Responsibilities: Oversee all kitchen operations, including stock management, ordering, deliveries, and inventory control. Lead, train, schedule, and support a team of chefs, fostering a positive and professional kitchen culture. Manage food costs, monitor margins, and control wastage to achieve business targets. Ensure full compliance with food safety, hygiene, and health & safety regulations. Collaborate closely with the front-of-house and management team to deliver a brilliant guest experience. Support menu development and rollouts, ensuring consistency and quality across the team. What Were Looking For Proven experience as a Kitchen Manager, Senior Sous Chef, or similar role in a fast-paced, high-quality kitchen. Strong leadership skills and a passion for building and supporting great teams. Excellent organisational abilities and a drive for efficient kitchen systems. Commercial awareness with experience managing food costs, GP, and supplier relationships. Calm, solutions-focused mindset under pressure.
