You will work closely with the senior leadership team to support the non-clinical, operational, and strategic running of the practice. The successful candidate will bring strong business management experience and a proactive, solutions focused approach. While veterinary experience is not essential, an understanding of the sector would be advantageous in navigating the unique challenges. Key responsibilities Will include supporting the Clinical Directors with operational management, analysing performance data Managing payroll and financial administration Overseeing supplier and facility management Coordinating major refurbishment and redevelopment projects planned over the next 18 to 24 months. The role will also involve managing IT systems, ensuring the smooth running of practice management software Handling client feedback to continuously enhance service quality.
