CNC Setter/Operator – Permanent Location: Crumlin, Northern Ireland Salary: £38,000 per annum (based on 38 hours/week) Shift Pattern: * Rotating: * Mon–Wed (2 weeks) 07:30–19:50 * Thu–Sat (2 weeks) 07:30–19:50 * Mon–Thu (2 weeks) 21:45–07:30 OR * Fixed Nights: Mon–Thu 21:45–07:30 Industry: Engineering / Manufacturing We’re recruiting a CNC Setter/Operator to join a high-performing engineering facility, producing precision components to exacting standards. The role: * Setting and operating multi-axis CNC turn/mill machines * Proving out programmes and setting tooling * Reading and working from ISO engineering drawings * Producing high-quality components to tight tolerances * Self-inspection using precision measuring equipment What we’re looking for: * NVQ Level 3 or time-served apprenticeship * Experience in a manufacturing / engineering environment * Multi-axis CNC machining experience * Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings * Knowledge of Siemens controls (advantageous) What’s on offer: * £38,000 per annum * Excellent shift pattern options * 25 days holiday 8 bank holidays * Strong pension scheme (up to 12% employer) * Life assurance, wellbeing support & employee discounts * Free onsite parking and canteen A fantastic opportunity for an experienced CNC Setter/Operator seeking a permanent role with career progression and excellent benefits
