Your Responsibilities
As a Facilities Co-ordinator, you will play a vital role in supporting the delivery of safe, compliant, and efficient Hard and Soft FM services across our regional estate. Here’s what your day-to-day will look like:
* Assist the Regional Facilities Manager with PPM, reactive maintenance, compliance, and data accuracy within the CAFM system (Concept).
* Coordinate supplier, contractor, and construction activities to resolve operational issues and maintain service quality.
* Manage site-based FM activities, ensuring safety, environmental, hygiene, and statutory obligations are met.
* Raise CPAs, POs, process invoices, and support P&L forecasting and financial management.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, colleagues, and stakeholders to ensure high customer satisfaction.
What We’re Looking For
This role is perfect for you if:
* You have proven experience in Hard and Soft FM operations, including PPM and mobilisation support.
* You thrive under pressure and can effectively prioritize in a busy FM environment.
* You possess strong communication skills and can influence and collaborate across teams and stakeholders.
* You understand safe working practices and hold a relevant H&S qualification (SMSTS / IOSH / NEBOSH).
