Overview

Responsibilities
* Provide front-line service to tenants and visitors, welcoming them in person at reception, and via telephone, email and other digital channels with accurate information and advice.
* Log, process and administer day-to-day repairs; provide asset administration support to the Asset team.
* Collaborate with colleagues, contractors and other stakeholders across the organisation to ensure smooth service delivery.
Requirements / Qualifications
* Experience delivering high standards of customer service to the public in a front-facing role.
* Good ICT, organisational and administrative skills; strong communication abilities to liaise with colleagues, contractors and stakeholders.
* Team player who delivers high levels of customer care and aligns with the organisation’s values and strategic ambitions.
