Basic Salary: £24,500
On Target Earnings: £50,000+ (Top performers earning £60,000+)
Full-Time | Permanent | Weekend work required (with two days off midweek)

What the role involves:
Engaging confidently with customers to understand their needs and close sales
Providing an outstanding customer experience from start to finish
Consistently hitting and exceeding personal and team sales targets
Keeping the showroom visually inspiring and well-presented
What we offer:
£24,500 basic salary
Uncapped commission with realistic OTE of £50,000+
High performers currently earning £60,000+
Full product and sales training, plus clear development pathways

A proven track record in sales, ideally within a retail or customer-facing environment
Confident, target-driven, and motivated by earning potential
Strong communication skills and a professional, consultative approach
Flexibility to work every weekend as part of your core rota
