Head of Sales (B2B) required to lead the growth of a premium, sustainability-focused brand within the hospitality sector. You’ll be responsible for driving UK sales performance, leading a talented sales team and building strong relationships with key accounts to position the brand as a market leader in the hotels, restaurants, and cafés (HoReCa) industry.


The brand is already established in other countries and this is an exciting opportunity for a dynamic Head of Sales who can combine strategic thinking with hands-on commercial execution to deliver exceptional results and accelerate growth in the UK.


The Head of sales will:

• Develop and execute sales strategies to build brand awareness and drive national growth

• Deliver revenue, volume and profitability targets across new and existing customers

• Lead, motivate and develop a high-performing sales team, embedding best practice and a results-driven culture

• Win new business nationally by identifying and engaging senior stakeholders and decision-makers

• Maintain a strong, active pipeline and deliver accurate forecasting and reporting

• Work closely with cross-functional teams including Marketing, Operations and Customer Experience to ensure a seamless customer journey

• Represent the sales function as part of the senior leadership team, contributing to strategic planning and business performance


The Head of Sales will have:

• Proven experience in a b2b sales leadership role within the hotels, restaurants and catering (HoReCa) or drinks industry

• Demonstrated success in driving accelerated sales growth and building new brands in competitive markets

• Strong commercial acumen with excellent analytical and decision-making skills

• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities

• Proficiency with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce)

• A collaborative, resilient and results-focused leader who inspires teams to perform at their best
