Job
Purpose:
As
a Site Cleaning Operative, you will be an essential part of the Site Clean
Team. You will be responsible for maintaining high standards of cleanliness
across Searles Leisure Resort, including venues, toilets, offices, holiday
homes stock and facilities, ensuring they meet excellent company standards.
The
key focus being maintaining excellent customer service and care whilst
managing health and safety within the workplace.
You
will support the Company’s mission and objectives through compliance to
Policies and Procedures.
Key
Responsibilities:
•
Maintain clean and tidy
areas across the Resort, including:

Vacuuming and mopping floors
-
Dusting surfaces
-
Washing up
-
Cleaning various facilities
-
Cleaning windows and
glass partitions
-
Dressing holiday home
sales stock in. beds ready for viewing
-
Undressing holiday home sales stock once sold
-
Handover clean ready for new owners
-
Report any damage, defects, or non-functioning items within the
holiday home.
-
Carrying out other cleaning and
housekeeping duties as required
•
Prepare Holiday Home
Sales Units to company standards.
•
Follow all company
procedures to ensure consistent, high-quality standards.
•
Comply with relevant regulations and
policies, including the Data Protection Act, Health & Safety, and
Safeguarding, maintaining a safe working environment for all.
•
Complete any required
in-house training and participate in team meetings.
•
Act as an ambassador for
the business, promoting the Company positively to customers at all times.
•
Perform any additional
cleaning tasks as directed by the Manager.
•
Support the Company’s
mission and objectives through adherence to all Policies and Procedures.

Education,
Training & Experience:

Previous professional cleaning experience (desirable, not
essential
·
COSHH awareness (training
provided)
