Contract Manager - Onsite (Slough)
Salary: £33,000 per annum (including bonuses)
Are you an experienced recruitment professional ready to take the lead at a prestigious client site in Slough? We're looking for a confident and proactive Contract Manager to oversee recruitment operations, manage a dedicated team, and ensure top-tier service delivery.
What You'll Be Doing:
As the onsite Contract Manager, you'll be the key point of contact for the client and responsible for ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. Your main duties will include:
Managing Performance & Delivery:
Oversee service delivery, recruitment, financials, and cost control.
Ensure all activities meet agreed Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
Client Relationship Management:
Build and maintain strong relationships with client stakeholders at all levels.
Conduct regular service reviews and act as the main escalation point for any issues.
Recruitment & Resourcing:
Lead recruitment campaigns and manage candidate sourcing to meet client needs.
Provide market insights, including local salary benchmarks and temporary wage rates.
Compliance & Market Insight:
Ensure full compliance with company policies, procedures, and health & safety standards.
Stay informed about local recruitment trends and competitor activity.
